Colorado and Idaho consumers can start paying for their purchases at
Walmart, using their iOS or Android smartphone, the retailer said Wednesday, as it expands its mobile wallet and checkout options. Walmart said that the new, mobile payment service is available across each of the almost 100 Walmart stores in Colorado, along with its 25 stores in Idaho. Walmart's mobile wallet and payment service, Walmart Pay, was announced in December; the company looks to be making a major expansion of the service today across a large number of markets.
