StoryBox.tv, which was developing a family friendly, streaming service, has been acquired by movie distribution company
Cinedigm, the two said Wednesday. Financial terms of the acquisition were not dislcosed. According to Cinedigm, it acquired the content library from StoryBox.tv to bolster its Dove Channel property, which offers up faith and family focused content. The two said the library included 1,700 faith- and family-friendly movies, television series, children's programming, and educational content. StoryBox.tv was founded by Brigham and Noah Sunday in 2013.
