Denver-based online conference and webinar provider
ReadyTalk said it has rolled out a new, combined hardware and software product which makes it easy to launch HD, video conferencing in meeting rooms. According to ReadyTalk, the new system uses Chromebox, RadBeacon, mic, speaker, and web camera--all integrated into a package called FoxDen Connect, plus a HDMI display, which automatically connects users into webinars when users enter a room. ReadyTalk is making the system available for a upfront, flat fee and a monthly software subscription for access to a "virtual den". The product uses "Beacon" technology to automatically link up users and their conference calls into specific conference room--rather than requiring complex configuration of calls.
