Denver-based contact management software developer
FullContact said today that it has acquired
Brewster, a competitor which also developed its own contact management services. Financial terms of the acquisition were not announced. Brewster was backed by Fred Wilson of Union Square Ventures. As part of the acquisition, FullContact said it will offer up migration of their accounts to its various paid, contact management offerings, but that Brewster customers will have to migrate their own accounts and sign up for its services, and must do so by April 23rd. FullContact said it will incorporate some of Brewster's core technology into its offerings. Brewster was based in New York; the company's technology team had earlier been hired away by Burger King for its own technology efforts.
