Rise Broadband said it is expanding into helping its customers with maintenance and troubleshooting of computers and other electronic equipment, through a new "Premium Tech Support" offering. According to the company, the services will be available to residential and small business customers, handling both their own service--as well as support and troubleshooting of modems, printers, routers, tablets, scanners/copiers, external hard drives, gaming systems and smart TVs. The new service costs $14.95 per month.
