RO Innovation Raises $1M, Acquires Boulder Logic
Denver-based RO Innovation, a developer of software to help sales teams with pulling together customer references and marketing information, said Wednesday that it has raised $1M in a funding round, and acquired Boulder Logic. Financial terms of the acquisition were not announced, and investors in the funding round were not disclosed. RO Innovation is led by James Mooney. According to RO Innovation, it will retain all Boulder Logic employees and existing services. RO Innovation said its customers include EMC, VMware, New Relic, Marketo, Jive, and others.
