FlexPrint Finds Private Equity Funding
Phoenix-based FlexPrint, a provider of copier and printer management and support services, has scored a strategic investment from private equity investor Oval Partners. Financial terms of the investment were not announced. The company said it will use the funding for strategic acquisition and national expansion. FlexPrint offers up "managed print" services, helping companies with management of printers, copiers, and other related printing resources and supplies. The companies did not say if the investment was a minority or majority investment.
