LANDESK Rolls Out Updated Service Desk Software

said today that it has added a number of features to its LANDESK Service Desk product, including software asset management features and a feature, called SnapIT, which allows users to use an app to take a picture of errors on a computer screen, and receive advice on how to resolve those errors in real time.
