Techstars--which already has operations across the world--said it is ramping up its efforts in emerging markets, with the naming of a new VP. According to Techstars, it has named Ed Roberto as its new VP of Accelerator Programs in the MEA (Middle East and Africa), as part of an effort to help entrepreneurs in emerging regions.
