Knowm Launches Semiconductor Startup
Santa Fe, New Mexico-based Knowm said today that it has launched the startup, aiming at developing a new processor technology inspired by nature and biological nervous systems. The startup said its hardware offers up self-repair and self-learning features for memory and processing. The company is led by Alex Nugent. The company said its technology is based on technology developed by Nugent for a DARPA program.
