KRG's Convergint Technologies Buys GS Security Systems
Convergint Technologies, which is owned by Denver private equity investor KRG Capital Partners, has acquired another company in the physical security market. Convergint said it has acquired GS Security Systems, which is based in Sharon, Massachusetts. Both companies provide physical security systems to the New England and East Coast market. The companies said the acquisition is the fifth, add-on acquisition since KRG took a stake in Convergint.
