SpinGo, the startup backed by Epic Ventures and Prelude which offers up distribution of event information to newspapers and other publishers, said today that it has seen the number of events being promoted on its platform by 1,400 percent. SpinGo said it is now seeing over 150,000 monthly events on its platform, which distributes those events to over 5,500 local event and entertainment sections on websites and apps. SpinGo, which was founded by Kreg and Amanda Peeler, helps those publishers better tap into upcoming events in their regions.
