Arrow Electronics Buys Taiwan's ATM Electronics Corp.
Centennial, Colorado-based electronics components distributor Arrow announced this morning that it has acquired Taiwanese electronic components company ATM Electronics Corp., to bolster its presence in Asia. Financial termss of the buy were not disclosed. Arrow said that ATM Electronics distributes embedded processor, power management, and passive, electromechanical, and connector products in Asia, and has substantial operations in China. Arrow said ATM Electronics has approximately 280 employees and sales of approximately $500M in the latest fiscal year.
