GHX Acquires Vendormate
Louisville, Colorado-based Global Healthcare Exchange, a provider of healthcare supply chain software, has acquired Vendormate, a developer of healthccare vendor relationship management software, the companies said this morning. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. Vendormate was based in Atlanta. According to GHX, the buy will help it add to its supply chain portfolio. Vendormate's software is used for vendor identification, sourcing, managing legal contracs, and other aspects of healthcare supply vendor management.
