Salt Lake City-based online training provider Pluralsight announced today that it has named Jody Bailey as the company's Vice President of Engineering--a new position for the company. Bailey joins from AtTask, where he also served at VP of Engineering; he also has served at Vovici (Verint), Verisign, and Vastera. The appointment comes as Pluralsight has been on an aggressive growth tear, acquiring four companies and raising an astounding, $135M funding round in August. Pluralsight offers up a range of online classes aimed at IT professionals, covering everything from programming languages to database management and IT services.
