PracticeMax Acquires Optimum Medical Management
Scottsdale, Arizona-based PracticeMax, which helps medical practices with billing, software, consulting, electronic health records efforts, and more, said today that it has acquired Optimum Medical Management (OptiMED). Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. OptiMED is based in Lincoln, Nebraska. PracticeMax said the buy will help it continue expansion of operations in the MIdwest.
