Convercent, the developer of enterprise governance, risk, and compliance software, said this week that it has named three new executives. The company said it has named Joe LeBas as Chief Strategy Officer, Chris Nixon as EVP of Marketing and Rachel Gerace as VP of Professional Services. LeBas was most recently at BWise, and also served at Vivisimo, Polyserve, and PeopleSoft. Nixon has been at TapInfluence, Rivet Software and Triple Creek Associates. Gerace has been at the company as Director of Customer Experience, and also has been at Rivet Software and Knowledge Factor.
