Illumen has launched a new, $10,000 college scholarship, aimed at helping an economically disadvantaged Colorado teen with aspirations for studies in the technology field go to college. According to ILLUMEN, it has teamed up with the BBB Foundation to create the new scholarship, which will be given to a high school senior in Colorado. ILLUMEN said it will award the scholarship based on financial need, as well as demonstrated character, leadership and ethical values. The scholarship will be awarded on October 30, 2014. Deadline for
