Cloud Elements has tapped software and startup veteran Jim Franklin for its board of directors, the company said this morning. Franklin, the CEO of SendGrid, also sits on the boards of aWhere, Denver Software Club, SlamData, and TapInfluence. Franklin has been CEO of SendGrid since 2011; he also has served at ORacle, Decisioneering, webfamilies.com, and Vericept. Cloud Elements
