InsideSales.com has acquired software developer
iHance, the company said Wednesday, to help bolster the company's cloud-based sales software. Financial details of the buy were not disclsoed. iHance develops email tracking and synchronization software, which helps sales teams track sales prospects. InsideSales.com said that iHance's Vision software, which connects with Outlook and Gmail, helps sales professionals track who is interacting with their emails and attachments and visiting their corporate websites. InsideSales.com has hired iHance CEO Christopher de Cunha as Vice President, Email Solutions; iHance CTO John Hard has become Principal Architect at the company, with the rest of the company's employees also joining InsideSales.com. iHance was based in San Francisco, California.
