BodeTree, a developer of financial analytics tools aimed at small businesses, said today that it has raised $2M in a funding round. The funding was led by Greenline Ventures, and also included other, unnamed private investors. The startup, led by Chris Meyer, develops an online tool which connects to a company's accounting software to help them with gaining better insight into their financials, forecasts, and valuation, and also helps those businesses with growth goals and strategy. The company says it has more than 50,000 small business owners using its tools.
