Can a robotic ball help your kids improve their health? It just might, if you combine the
Sphero robotic ball from Boulder's Orbotix with a new game
Go Go Mongo. According to Orbotix, Go Go Mongo is a healthy eating game aimed at toddlers and children, and uses Sphero as a handheld controller to control its main character, Mongo. Orbotix develops a robotic ball, which not only can be controlled via a smartphone or tablet--but can also be used to control those same devices. Orbotix said that the Sphero runs Go Go Mongo on the iPhone, iPad, and iPod Touch. The game revolves around "Mongo", which players steer around a screen to earn points by eating healthy food.
