Moki Renames Product In Rebranding Effort
Salt Lake City-based mobile security software developer Moki said today that it has renamed its flagship software MokiManage as Moki Tracker. Moki also is now referring to itself as Moki--rather than Moki Mobility--as part of the rebranding. Moki said the move will help position the company as a "leading mobile app security and app operations management provider." Moki develops software which tracks app information and security. The company is led by Tom Karren, and is backed by Pelion Venture Partners, Allegis Capital, Plus550, and EPIC Ventures. The firm's last funding round was back in October.
