AFS Technologies Acquired By Private Equity Investor
Phoenix-based software developer AFS Technologies, which develops software for the consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry, has been acquired by private equity firm Court Square Capital Partners. According to AFS Technologies, Court Square Capital has acquired a majority interest in AFS. The new funds will also provide AFS with growth capital for future acquisitions. Financial terms of the investment and acquisition were not announced. AFS said it was advised by William Blair & Company and Madison Park Group, as well as Snell & Wilmer LLP in the deal.
