BOOMTOWN, it has launched a new, 12-week startup accelerator focused on Internet, mobile and software startups, primarily in the media, design, marketing and ad tech sectors, investing $20,000 in seed money and $40,000 in services and support in those startups. The new accelerator--headed by Alex Bogusky, formerly of media agency Crispin Porter + Bogusky --said it is being supported by Atlanta investment firm Farmore Capital Group.
