BidSync Sets CIO
American Fork-based BidSync, the developer of cloud-based, procurement and bid notification systems for the public sector, said today that it has named Fred Tillman to CIO of the company. Tillman has been at BidSync for more than three years, serving as Vice President of Research and Development. BidSync develops software used my government agencies for electronic procurement, and was founded in 1999.
