Boulder-based venture capital investor
Boulder Ventures, the investment firm led by Kyle Lefkoff, Peter Roshko, Jonathan Perl, and Tim Hogheem, is looking to raised a new, $100M fund called
Boulder Ventures VI, according to a regulatory filing by the firm. No details on the new fund have been publicly disclosed, however, the filing indicates the firm has just started fundraising efforts for the new fund. Boulder Ventures has previously run five other funds, with a total of $300M across those funds. The company was founded in 1995. The firm's portfolio companies have included such companies as Rally Software, Broadhop, Entevo, iLumin, LineRate Systems, Lijit, Cogent Communications, LeftHand Networks, ProStor, and many others.
