Phoenix, Arizona is next up for Sunday delivery of packages from
Amazon.com, the e-commerce giant said today, as it launched an effort to provide delivery of its packages seven days a week. Amazon.com said that it has begun providing Sunday delivery to its Amazon Prime members, starting in Los Angeles and New York--but plans tso launch the program into Phoenix and other local markets next year. Amazon.com said Amazon Prime members will get Sunday delivery for free, starting in LA and New York this year, but rolling out to Dallas, Houston, New Orleans, and Phoenix next, with plans to reach a "large portion" of the U.S. population by the end of next year.
