Graphicly, the developer of software which helps publishers distribute their content via such platforms as Amazon's Kindle, smartphones, tablets, Facebook, and the web, has raised $1.3M in funding, as CEO and founder Micah Baldwin has stepped away from the CEO spot. The company--which was founded in Boulder, but now is based in Palo Alto--disclosed the funding came from Mercury Fund and Dundee Venture Capital. Baldwin has been replaced by David Fox, and has shifted to a product position. Graphicly made a
huge shift away from its roots in online publishing of comic books a few years back, and has since been shifting its tools to a more general audience of magazine publishers, book publishers, and others.
