GoDaddy has acquired
Locu, a provider of tools to let restaurants build their own websites. Financial details of the acquisition were not announced. Locu had been
venture backed by Catalyst Partners, Lowercase Capital, Lightbank, and SV Angel, along with angels Naval Ravikant, Babak Nivi, Quotidian Ventures, and Matt Ocko. GoDaddy and Locu had been
in a partnership since May over Locu's services.
