BRAVEN Acquired By INCIPIO
Provo, Utah-based mobile speaker and accessory maker BRAVEN has been acquired by fellow mobile accessory company INCIPIO, the two said this morning. Financial terms of the acquisition were not announced. BRAVEN was a maker of Bluetooth, powered speakers and speakerphones, which also could be used as mobile chargers. INCIPIO said it will continue to operate BRAVEN out of Provo, under the BRAVEN brand name. INCIPIO is based in Southern California.
