Denver-based IQNavigator, which develops workforce management software, has debuted a new product. The firm said this week that it has launched RateIQ, a tool which gives companies access to labor rate benchmarks, sorted by metro region in the United States and matched to skills and experience. IQNavigator said the tool gives its users access to benchmark data related to skill sets, experience levels and specific locations across the U.S. IQNavigator said the new tool helps companies answers questions about whether they are paying the right rate for skills, if they're paying too much for temporary labor, and whether they might be able to save money by sourcing temporary workers in different cities.
