StillSecure Sells Off Managed Services Business, Shuffles Execs
Superior, Colorado-based security software and services provider StillSecure has sold off its Managed Security Services division, and has shuffled its executive staff today. StillSecure has sold of its Managed Security Services divisoin to SilverSky, according to SilverSky, and has shifted its focus back to developing security software. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. StillSecure also said today that it has named CTO James D. Brown as Chief Executive Officer, with Rajat Bhargava continuing to serve as Chairman. StillSecure said it will focus on its Network Access Control (NAC) products.
