IHS Buys Fekete Associates
Englewood, Colorado-based information and consulting firm IHS has acquired another software company, the firm said today. The firm said it has acquired Fekete Associates, a software and services firm aimed at the oil and gas industry. Financial terms of the buy ere not disclosed. Fekete is focused on integrated reservoir and production engineering tools and workflow solutions to the oil and natural gas exploration and production industry, and was based in Calgary, Alberta.
