Chefs Catalog Acquired By Target
Colorado Springs-based Chefs Catalog, the online retailer of cookware, kitchen tools and gadgets, bakeware, and other kitchen products, has been acquired by Target Corp., Target said Thursday. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. Chefs Catalog was backed by private equity firm JH Partners. Chefs Catalog sells its cookware online only, except for an outlet store in Colorado Springs.
