Denver-based photo sharing site Photobucket has raised $5.6M, as part of an ongoing, $9.57M funding effort, according to a regulatory filing by the firm Wednesday. Financial details on the deal have yet to be announced by the company. The filing indicates seven investors participate in the funding.
