VictorOps, a stealth mode firm providing technology for 24x7 IT operations, said over the holiday that it has raised $1.58M in a seed funding round. The round was led by the Foundry Group, and also included Tango. As part of the funding, Jim Lejeal, the CFO of Rally Software, joins the company's board. VictorOPs is led by Todd Vernon, who also founded Lijit Networks and Raindance Communications. The firm's COO is Bryce Ambraziunas (Affinity VideoNet, Lijit, Raindance),and its CTO is Dan Jones (Raindance, Lijit).
