Solutionreach Taps Gianforte For Board
Lehi, Utah-based Solutionreach, which develops software-as-a-service to help small healthcare practices such as dentists, doctors, opticians, and others reach out to customers, has appointed RightNow founder Greg Gianforte to its board, the company said today. Gianforte founded RightNow in 1997, which he took public and eventually sold to Oracle last year for $1.8 billion. Solutionreach is venture backed by Summit Partners, and is headed by Jim Higgins; the company uses text, email, voice, web, social media, and more to help those small health services providers outreach to their customers.
