Gnip Opens YouTube Comment API
Are you a software developer, who wished you could sort through and parse YouTube comments? You can now, with the latest application programming interface (API) from Boulder-based Gnip. Gnip said Friday that it has launched a new Youtube Comments API, which allows its customers to track comments for videos they care about. The firm said that the access to those comments can be used for such things as sentiment analysis, tracking terms in brands, and much more. The new API is geared towards brands looking to monitor their YouTube comments via software.
