Salt Lake City-based mobile device accessory maker ZAGG said late Friday that its CEO, Robert G. Pedersen II, has stepped down as CEO and Chairman. The reason for the resignation was not given by the company. In the interim, the company said it has named President and COO Randall Hales as interim CEO of the company. ZAGG reiterated its full year guidance of its 2012 revenues, of $256M, with the announcement. ZAGG said it is now conducting a search for a new, permanent CEO.
