Level 3 Communications, the provider of telecom services, said today that it has opened up a new, facility in Omaha, Nebraska. The firm said the new, enterprise-grade data center facility is aimed at both enterprises and government agencies. The company did not say how large of facility it will have in the location, which is part of the Scott data Center complex. Level 3 said the location offers one of the lowest risks for natural disaster risk in the U.S., and some of the lowest power costs in the U.S.
