LANDesk Buys Wavelink
Salt Lake City-based LANDesk Software announced this morning that it has acquired Wavelink, a developer of mobile device management software which is also based in Salt Lake. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. LANDesk, which is owned by private equity Thoma Bravo, said it will maintain the Wavelink brand and product lines as part of the deal. The company said Wavelink will further strengthen its management solutions.
