Golden Helix Expands In Japan
Bozeman, Montana-based Golden Helix, a developer of bioinformatics and genetic analysis software, said this week that it has selected a new distributor in Japan. The firm said that Filgen Inc. will be the firm's exclusive distributor in the territory, offering up marketing and support of its SNP & Variation Suite (SVS) product. Golden Helix develops software which is used in the genetic analysis and sequencing market. Golden Hleix said its new efforts in Japan will be headed by David Leangen, its newly appointed Country Manager for Golden Helix Japan.
