Comfluent Acquired By CoreSite
Comfluent, a Denver-based colocation provider providing carrier-neutral colocation services, has been acquired by data center operator Coresite Realty Corporation. According to CoreSite, it pay approximately $3M plus earn-out for Comfluent, which it will use to grow into the Denver market. CoreSite said that Comfluent serves more than 75 customers.
