Dot Hill Wins Post Production Equipment Firm
Longmont, Colorado-based Dot Hill Systems said today that its products are being used by post production solutions firm SGO, within its turn-key Mistika system used in the post production editing industry. Financial impact of the win was not disclosed. Dot Hill said that SGO is using its AssuredSAN products, using 8Gb Fibre Channel and SAS drives, to connect into its high end image manipulation products. Dot Hill did not say what kind of volumes it expects to ship with SGO.
