Earth911 To Merge With YouChange
Scottsdale, Arizona-based Earth911, an online site focused on providing information on recycling and reuse of products, and oTCBB traded YouChange Holdings Corp. said today that the two hav executed a letter of intent to merge. Financial details of that merger were not announced. Earth911 provides recycling information to consumers, through a web site and mobile apps, and also is linked with a recycling firm in Texas, Quest Recycling. YouChange Holdings operates an online site which lets users trade in used electronics for rewards.
