Salt Lake City-based ZAGG, the maker of screen protection and mobile device cases, said this morning that it has tapped an executive search firm to help it find board members. ZAGG said it has retained Heidrick & Struggles to conduct a search for candidates for its board. ZAGG did not say how much it is paying Heidrick & Struggles for the services, however, companies usually pay a monthly retainer to executive search firms for their assistance. ZAGG said it is looking to find "knowledgeable professionals" bringing "specific areas of expertise and experience" to help grow the company.
