ClickBank, a provider of online affiliate services to promote, sell, and distribute electronics books, software, and other products, said this week that it has just reached $2 billion in revenue payouts to entrepreneurs who use the site. The affiliate marketing firm operates a service which recruits affiliate marketers to help sell digital products from entrepreneurs. ClickBank said it reached the $1 billion total revenue level in 2008, after ten years in the business; the additional $1M came between 2008 and this month. ClickBank's listing of affiliate programs it runs range from diet plans and penny stock trading manuals, to instruction manuals on building a web site and Wordpress add-on software. ClickBank's CEO is Brad Wiskirchen.
