HireVue, which develops online, video interviewing software and services, said this week that it has set its sights on the public sector, after achieving compliance with Section 508, a federal agency requirement for software. Section 508 covers accessibility of information technology for people with disabilities. HireVue said the move makes it possible for its solution to be used by federal agencies and other government departments that receive federal funding. HireVue provides an online, video interviewing service which helps companies--and governments--better manage their job interview process.
