TeamSnap, which operates an online service to help sports team create their own team pages, manage schedules, share photos, and track information about their team members, has raised nearly $1M in funding, according to a regulatory filing by the firm this week. The firm apparently has raised $909,497 as part of an ongoing $1.0M round, according to that filing. TeamSnap is headed by Dave DuPont, who was previously CEO of storage networking firm SANRAD; he also was a co-founder of LeftHand Networks, the Boulder storage startup which was sold to HP. TeamSnap said the funding came from all the previous investors, including eonBusiness, and Trinity Ventures.
